The region is Murcia, look at PolarisWorld.com website; the houses are on their Development La Torre, which is now complete and it is a fully secure gated Resort.

The house is on the 14th Fairway and it is completely private at the rear of the house as the golf course is the back garden.

The house is right beside the tennis courts and swimming pools and the beech is 10 minutes away by car. There are numerous play areas for small children on the site.

All you need is provided in the house including Bedding, Towels, Iron and Hairdryer so there is no need to bring anything.

There is the five star Crown Plaza hotel with spas, swimming pools, plus all sorts of treatments to pamper yourself should you so desire. There are also lots of bars and restaurants on site and if you wish to find more to do, the little town of Roldan is 5 minutes away.

There is a supermarket and banking facility’s on site and also car hire and travel agents.

The area around and about is predominantly agricultural so you can watch the farm people working, in addition the towns and city’s around that area are very historical. The town of Murcia & Catergana are worthy of a visit and the area is famous for its salt lakes.

You can play any of the FOUR Nicklaus Golf courses connected to Polaris World at a discounted rate because you are a resident (make sure when booking you confirm you’re are a resident to get your discount).

This is a holiday that suits families and golfers, it has all you need should you decide not to rent a car, there is free coach travel between the golf courses, however should you decide to rent a car there is some wonderful places to visit within a half hours drive including the famous La Manga club. It is worth a drive down the La Manga Strip as it is an amazing place with some fabulous restaurants and beeches.
